Zusammenfassung:A recording medium is provided to effectively choose manpower of a design project, which readable by a computer in which the manpower selection program of the design project is installed. A method for choosing manpower of a design project comprises: a step(S120) for receiving and storing an information of the design project from a user; a step(130) for checking whether a manpower selection of the design project is an automatic mode or a manual mode from the user; a step(S140) for selecting the manpower of the design project according to the automatic mode, if it is the automatic mode; a step(S150) for selecting the manpower of the design project according to the manual mode, if it is the manual mode; a step(S160) for checking the conformity whether the manpower is normally chosen or not, and feeding back to the S130 step if the chosen manpower is checked to the nonconformity; and a step(S170) for confirming and storing a team member of the design project if the chosen manpower is checked to the conformity.
