Zusammenfassung:	A laser induced breakdown spectroscopy having a particle focusing pipe is provided to improve plasma generation rate and implement qualitative and quantitative measurement of minute particles like aerosol. A laser induced breakdown spectroscopy comprises a particle focusing pipe(120) providing the particle beam focused within a sample chamber(110), a beam generator(140) irradiating laser to the focused particle beam, and a spectrometer(150) detecting the light emitted from the particle beam. The particle focusing pipe is a cis-air concentration nozzle which includes a particle inlet port, a cis-air inlet port, a particle flow pipe connected to the particle inlet port, a cis-air flow pipe which is connected to the cis-air inlet port and surrounds the particle flow pipe, and an outlet(124) connected to the end of the cis-air and particle flow pipes.
