Zusammenfassung:	A glow plug system, controlling device and method for controlling the power of a glow plug is provided to improve power control of a glow plug. A glow plug system for a diesel engine of a vehicle comprises one glow plug(RG1,RG2) equipped with a ground terminal connecting a ground potential(GND) and an anode terminal for connecting supply voltage; a measurement input terminal(ADC1); a ground input terminal(ADC2); and a control device(1) controlling power fed to the glow plug in measuring value of supply voltage relative to reference potential of a ground input terminal.
