Zusammenfassung:A home robot capable of being controlled in a remote place and a video call service offer method using the home robot are provided to control the robot at a remote place by using a video call mode since the robot is automatically converted to the video call mode. A communications module(220) transmits and receives a control command and data relating to a video call service. A robot control module(242) processes the movement of the robot according to a control command received through the communications module. An image/voice input/output module(250) outputs image and voice received through the communications module and inputs image and voice.
