A bubble generator(100) including the acidity control apparatus comprises: a main body; a water inlet pipe in which the water is flowed and which is formed in the main body; a water cyclic unit(130) circulating the water flowed into the water inlet pipe to the water discharge tube; an acidity control apparatus changing the acidity of the water flowed into the water inlet pipe into alkalinity; a bubble generation unit generating the bubble; and a central control unit which controls the drive of the bubble generator.
