Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing a luminous color interior decoration plate and the construction method thereof are provided to offer the design effects to tunnel users according to the designer's intention, to reduce the danger of traffic accidents by creating the same illumination effect as natural light outside the tunnel, and to perform construction work with low expenses by constructing with a simple technician after installing a frame. An interior plate comprises a convex coupling(302) for fixing and attaching, a permanent magnet(301) a power plug(303) for supplying electric power to an LED, an LED(305), a mold groove(304) for inserting a FPCB(306), a PC backlight board(308) emitting the light emitted from the LED, a real image color film(309) having the high transmissivity of light and no discoloration, and PC mold plate(310) formed on the surface to protect a film, to waterproof and to heighten the reflective brightness.
