The culture medium for artificial cultivation of Tricholoma matsutake is prepared by mixing pine sawdust, sawdust of black oak(the thick sawdust and the sleeping sawdust), dried bean-curd dregs, bean-curd dregs, bean chip on board(corn cob), wheat bran and rice bran in a proper ratio.
