Zusammenfassung:	A backlight unit of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to improve the brightness while maintaining color reproduction by using R, G, B, and W(white) LEDs in light source of the backlight unit. A flexible printed circuit board(18) is arranged in the light incoming area domain of a light guide plate(15). Red(21a), Green(21b), Blue(21c), and White(23) LEDs are formed on the flexible printed circuit board. An optical sheet(14) is posted at the upper part of the light guide plate. A light reflection sheet(16) is placed at the bottom of the light guide plate. R, G, and B LEDs are arranged at a sided of the flexible printed circuit board having predetermined interval. White LEDs are arranged at the other side of the flexible circuit board.
