Zusammenfassung:	A fresh soybean oil absorbing packaging paper is provided, which prevents the degradation of the discoloration of the spot food due to the fresh soybean oil. A packaging paper(100a) is constituted as follows. The fresh soybean oil absorbing sheet(120a) is adhered to one inner side of the packaging paper in a sheet form and absorbs the fresh soybean oil extracted from the spot food like the meat, the fishes, and vegetables wrapped by the packaging paper. The surface of the fresh soybean oil absorbing sheet is covered by a film paper(130a) which is harmless to the human body and in which a plurality of pores are formed.
