Zusammenfassung:	A turbo impeller power generator with a disc having through-holes is provided to form a path through which a fluid flows in a cylindrical drum so as to improve efficiency, reduce the manufacturing cost and time and increase the lifetime of the power generator. A turbo impeller power generator(100) with a disc having through-holes includes a rotary drum(111) having a plurality of paths(113,114) through which a fluid flows to obtain energy of the flowing fluid, and a rotation axis(120) fixed to the axial direction of the rotary drum to transfer kinetic energy generated according to rotation of the rotary drum to the outside.
