Zusammenfassung:	A device and a method for measuring the amount of lubricant for the main axle of an automatic transmission assembly are provided to measure the amount of lubricant running out through lubricant holes of the main axle of the automatic transmission assembly while being rotated. A method for measuring the amount of lubricant for the main axle of an automatic transmission assembly comprises a step for removing clutches, brakes, and gears from the automatic transmission assembly, a step for connecting directly an output shaft and an input shaft, a step for arranging measuring elements(20) on the lubrication hole position of a main axle(10) and mounting inside a case(12), a step for connecting a hose(24) with the measuring elements and drawing the hose out of the case, and a step for driving a motor(15) and measuring the lubricant running out through lubrication holes(11).
