A switching board with high efficiency using a peltier module is provided to reduce power consumption by cooling the temperature of a switching board without additional power. A radiating surface(5) of a peltier element(1) is formed to face the outer side of closure. A heat exchanging unit is composed of a plurality of metal fins(6) formed with the fixed length and the metal fin is arranged horizontally on the absorption surface and radiation surface. A temperature sensor is formed inside the closure senses the temperature inside the closure. A ventilation fan driving control unit(13) of which one side is connected to the temperature sensor and the other side is connected to the ventilation fan(10a) controls driving power of the ventilation fan in response to a signal from the temperature sensor.
