Zusammenfassung:	A dust remover is provided to block the vibration and dust of instrument completely while the oscillating element descends through the rotation of the rotating member in the vibration absorbing part. A dust remover(10) comprises a rotating holders(100) which is jointed and fixed in the bolt protruded to the bottom surface of instrument and supports the rotation of the instrument movable part, an instrument movable part(200) which breaks away from in the surface while increasing ball instrument is moved, a vibration absorbing part(300) which is possible for the height control in order to control the horizontal of instrument, a rotation bearing(400) guiding the rotation of the rotating holders and instrument movable part and instrument movable part and vibration absorbing part.
