WOOD DRYER AND DRYING METHOD THEREOF

A wood dryer and drying method thereof is provided to dry all sorts of material lumber in order to produce non-deformable wood. A wood dryer comprises a sawdust silo(1), a transporter(2) transferring sawdust into a combustion chamber of a boiler; a boiler(3) in which a blower(4) is installed in the lower part of the combustion chamber; and a drying furnace(20) having a number of heat exchanging plates(6) connected to the return pipe(5) of boiler on the inner wall. In the upper side part of the drying furnace, a number of exhaust fans is installed. A steam collecting plate of which center lower part is recessed, is adhered to the inner side of the top of the drying furnace. An exhaust fan is operated by a sensor and then controls the moisture exhaust inside the drying furnace.
