Zusammenfassung:	A method of screening a compound is provided to produce an avermectin aslow cost and high efficiency by using production bacteria, and to screen the compound increasing a production of the avermectin usefully. A total RNA of bacteria is extracted. An expression of gene of avermectin production bacteria is measured by using the extracted total RNA. The avermectin high production bacteria are selected by the expressed grade of the biomarker for a screening confirmed in measured data. The gene expression is measured by utilizing a microarray chip.
