Zusammenfassung:	A derusting agent containing a grease removal function is provided to reduce derusting costs without a degreasing process by including an emulsion diffuser having triethanol amine and butyl alcohol. A derusting agent containing a grease removal function comprises 40~50 parts by weight of water, 5~15 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid, 25~35 parts by weight of phosphoric acid, 0.5 parts by weight of a corrosion-inhibiting material, 2~3 parts by weight of a thickening agent, 2 parts by weight of an emulsion diffuser, 10 parts by weight of a water soluble denatured acrylic, and 2 parts by weight of an N-Methyl Pyrrolidone. The corrosion-inhibiting material includes 0.5 parts by weight of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. The emulsion diffuser includes 1.5 parts by weight of triethanol amine and 0.5 parts by weight of butyl alcohol.
