Zusammenfassung:An oil pump having a non-movement type valve is provided to reduce the number of assembly process and a manufacturing cost by directly generating bypass flow in a pump housing in circumferential direction. In an oil pump having a non-movement type valve, a relief valve(10) generates bypass flow inside when driving the oil pump, especially when an internal pressure of a pump increases over a set relief pressure. The relief valve each of which end is stuck each other in a state that the relief valve is inserted to a pump housing(1), so as to prevent the pump housing from moving when operating the relief valve, thereby improving steering performance and durability of elements.
