Zusammenfassung: | An integrated circuit arrangement having at least one digital-analogue converter is provided to improve operation reliability of the IC arrangement by suppressing interferences and noises in a reference current using a calibration circuit and a calibration potential line. A DAC(12) includes plural current source transistors(N1-N8), which are parallel-connected to each other to provide current components(I1-I8) required for generating a predetermined analog current signal. Control input terminals of the current source transistors receive calibration potentials, which are shared by a calibration potential line(14). A calibration potential defines respective current components. A calibration circuit(16) provides the calibration potential to the calibration potential line. An external connection(18) is connected to the calibration potential line and an external capacitor(C0). |
