Zusammenfassung:	A position notifying device is provided to accurately notify a position of a victim at night by turning on a light emitting lamp and coating luminous material on an outer surface of a balloon. A position notifying device includes a gas tank(10), a balloon(20), and a connection string(30). The gas tank is filled with gas and has an injection hole at an upper part. An opening and closing valve is mounted at the injection hole to be opened if necessary. The balloon is connected to the gas tank and has an injection hole supplied with the gas of the gas tank when the opening and closing valve of the gas tank is opened. A gas backflow preventing unit is installed inside the injection hole of the balloon. The connection string connects between the gas tank and the balloon.
