Zusammenfassung: | A copper alloy for electric and electronic parts having high conductivity, high strength and high workability, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to use the copper alloy as a material for a semiconductor lead frame, a transistor, or a connector terminal. A method for manufacturing a copper alloy comprises the steps of preparing molten steel, forming an ingot by casting the molten steel, hot-rolling the ingot at the temperature of 800 to 1000°C, cooling the ingot, cold-rolling the ingot at the reduction ratio of 70 to 90%, performing heat treatment for 1 to 10 hours at the temperature of 400 to 600°C, rolling the ingot at the reduction ratio of 40 to 60% without performing intermediate rolling and intermediate heat treatment, and performing heat treatment for 1 to 3 minutes at the temperature of 400 to 700°C. |
