Zusammenfassung:	An onboard smartcrew system is provided to allow a crew to recognize an emergency state without delay by checking a position and motion of the crew in real time. An onboard smartcrew system includes a plurality of terminals(100), an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) reader(200), a control computer(300), and a display device(400). The terminals include active RFID tags(110) for transmitting a position signal in a ship in real time and transmit data mutually. The RFID reader transmits the position signal received from the RFID tag to the control computer. The control computer is connected to the terminal, the RFID reader, and the display device through network, functions as a medium of data transmitting between the terminals, and transmits the position signal to the display device. The display device displays a position of the terminal in the ship corresponding to the position signal on a screen to be visually checked.
