Zusammenfassung: | A dual mass flywheel for an asymmetric low stiffness damping is provided to prevent torsional vibration from being transferred from a first weight member to a second weight member in an idle state of an engine by providing a mounting surface of a torsion spring in an asymmetric structure and forming a clearance between a drive plate and the torsion spring. A dual mass flywheel for an asymmetric low stiffness damping comprises a first weight member connected to an output shaft of an engine and a drive plate(3) connected to a second weight member(7) connected to an input shaft of a transmission. The drive plate is accommodated in the first weight member and includes a body and a pair of flanges(23) extending from the body. The flanges compresses an inner torsion spring(16) and an outer torsion spring(17). A mounting surface(2) for the torsion spring formed on the first weight member is asymmetrical about an imaginary axial formed by the flanges and an embossing part(20) of the first weight member. |
