DOUBLE DATA RATE NAND FLASH MEMORY DEVICE

A DDR(Double Data Rate) NAND flash memory device is provided to perform data input/output at high speed by enabling data input/output at rising and falling edges of a control signal. A DDR NAND flash memory device includes a counter(440), and first and second data MUXs(MUtipleXer)(420,430). The counter performs address counting at rising and falling edges of an input control signal for inputting data or an output control signal for outputting the data according to an operation selection control signal. The first data MUX performs data input/output performance at the rising edge of the input control signal or at the falling edge of the output control signal. The second data MUX enabled by the operation selection control signal performs data input/output at the falling edge of the input control signal or at the rising edge of the output control signal.
