Zusammenfassung: | A suspended solid hydrating method using vacuum discs is provided to separate wastewater comprising sludge with various sizes such as suspended solids and colloid particles by using a Teflon gauze, a ceramic filter, a ceramic heater, and a multi-ejector, and minimize damages to accessory machinery and equipment and freely control the limit water content of sludge by generating a degree of vacuum required in sludge filtration using the multi-ejector. A suspended solid hydrating method using vacuum discs comprises: a first step(S1) of supplying wastewater containing suspended solids and colloid particles into a vacuum disc type suspended solid dehydrator using a wastewater inflow pipe; a second step(S2) of storing wastewater containing suspended solids and colloid particles supplied from the wastewater inflow pipe into wastewater storage tanks; a third step(S3) of filtering the suspended solids and colloid particles contained in the wastewater flown in from the wastewater storage tanks by using Teflon gauze formed in sludge storage tanks; a fourth step(S4) of scraping the suspended solids and colloid particles filtered through the Teflon gauze by using a cake scooper installed between the Teflon gauze and the external space; a fifth step(S5) of discharging wastewater filtered in the sludge storage tanks to wastewater pressure tanks by using wastewater pipes formed in axels; and a sixth step(S6) of discharging wastewater stored in wastewater pressure tanks to the outside using wastewater discharge pumps. Further, a gas separation part for separating gas in waste water flown from the wastewater inflow pipe is installed in the wastewater storage tanks. |
