Zusammenfassung:An apparatus and a method for synthesizing English voice by using Korean alphabets are provided to achieve three or more continuous consonant initial sound inputs, thereby achieving input of consonant bundle and synthesizing the English voice closer to a pronunciation of a native speaker. An apparatus(100) for synthesizing English voice by using Korean alphabets comprises the following. A Korean alphabet input unit(110) receives input of Korean alphabet. A voice converting unit(120) converts the Korean alphabet input into corresponding predetermined English voice. An English voice output unit(130) outputs the English voice. The Korean alphabet input unit performs an initial sound input formed with three or more continuous consonants.
