Zusammenfassung:A method for preparing paint is provided to maximize an effect of adsorbing and removing harmful gases emitting a bad odor, and to inhibit propagation of various bacteria, thereby realizing excellent deodorizing and antibacterial effects. A method for preparing paint having excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects comprises adding 5-10 wt% of a zeolite-based deodorizing agent and 0.1-5 wt% of an antibacterial agent during the preparation of a water-based or oil-based paint. The zeolite-based deodorizing agent includes zeolite Y, zeolite X, zeolite HX, zeolite NH4-Y or zeolite NH4-X. The antibacterial agent includes silver and zinc.
