Zusammenfassung:	A data transceiving method in a communication system and a system therefor are provided to transceive data by using a receiving coding matrix and a transmission coding matrix, thereby minimizing ICI(Intercarrier Interference) and improving data transceiving efficiency and system performance by minimizing ICI. When plural transmission signals are inputted, a transmitter(100) binds the transmission signals, individually multiplies transmission coding matrices by the bound transmission signals, and transmits the transmission signals bound by the matrices to a receiver(150). When plural receiving signals are received from the transmitter, the receiver binds the receiving signals, individually multiplies receiving coding matrices by the bound receiving signals, and outputs the receiving signals multiplied by the matrices.
