Zusammenfassung:	A diary attached with a DNA(Deoxyribonucleic Acid) tablet is provided to store DNA conveniently by inserting and fixing the DNA tablet in a DNA tablet insertion hole by a pair of adhesive cloths. A diary attached with a DNA tablet(6) is composed of: a case(1) having both covers(1a,1b) capable of being folded; a fixing tool(2) attached to the center of the inside of the case; and a bundle of recording papers(3) combined with a plurality of fixing rings of the fixing tool. A DNA tablet insertion hole(4) is partially recessed from the outer side to the inner side and integrally formed on the first cover. A fixing unit is attached to at least one inner side to fix and support the DNA tablet.
