Zusammenfassung: | A fixed-pattern noise eliminating device (4) uses first, second and third dark electric-currents to eliminate fixed-pattern noise components caused by the dark electric currents from an output of effective pixels of a solid-state image pickup element (2) at image pickup time. The first dark electric-current obtained in advance from an output signal of light-shielding pixels in the solid-state image pickup element (2) is subjected to calculation on a basis of the output signal, and so calculated data are stored in a correction data memory unit (6). The second dark electric-current obtained in advance in a non-incident light state from an output signal of effective pixels in the solid-state image pickup element (2) is subject to calculation on a basis of the output signal, and so calculated data are stored in a correction data memory unit (6). The third dark electric-current is subjected to calculation at image pickup time on a basis of an output signal of light-shielding pixels in the solid-state image pickup element (2), and so calculated data are stored in a correction data memory unit (6). With this structure, the fixed-pattern noise components resulting from the dark electric-currents can be effectively eliminated regardless of temperatures of the solid-state image pickup element (6). |
