SEGMENT ERECTOR DEVICE

A segment erector device is provided to adjust a rolling angle and a pitching angle easily and accurately by using two rolling angle adjusting jacks and four pitching angle adjusting jacks. A segment erector device assembles a segment(8) held by a holding device(21) along the inner wall surface of a tunnel. The holding device includes a holding member(24a), a rolling angle adjusting jack, and a pitching angle adjusting jack. The holding member holds a suspending unit(26) of the segment. The rolling angle adjusting jack adjusts a rolling angle of the segment held by the holding member. The pitching angle adjusting jack adjusts a pitching angle of the segment held by the holding member. The rolling angle adjusting jack includes two central jacks which are installed at two ends of the holding member. The pitching angle adjusting jack includes two front jacks(32) and two rear jacks(30). The front jacks are installed at the front part of the rolling angle adjusting jack. The rear jacks are installed at the rear part of the rolling angle adjusting jack.
