A transportation network search block(21) searches a suitable transportation network by considering feature of each cargo/transporter and received schedule information, and provides an interface for interacting with a user. A time/cost calculation block(22) calculates time and standard cost needed for each searched transportation network. An optimal transportation network selection block(26) selects the required transportation network according to an evaluation result of the searched transportation networks. |
