Zusammenfassung:Bundling method and system for long products are provided to improve efficiency of a stacker and the speed of forming a bundle by transferring a plurality of product layers to a cradle every transfer cycle. A bundling system for long products includes a roller table(10), a cradle(14), a stacker(16), a pre-stacker(18), and a transfer system(20). The roller table transfers the long products to a receiving station(12) in a longitudinal direction. The cradle is spaced apart from the receiving station in a lateral direction to receive and stack the long products in a bundle shape. The stacker is located between the receiving station and the cradle. The pre-stacker is located between the stacker and the receiving station. The transfer system moves the long products from the receiving station to the pre-stacker in a lateral direction.
