Zusammenfassung:A method for banding extruded aluminum alloy using friction-stirring welding technology is provided to prevent a banding failure and to reduce a manufacturing cost by rotating a welding head and heating a part to be extended using frictional heat. A method for banding extruded aluminum alloy(31A) using friction-stirring welding technology comprise the steps: selecting an extension part before banding the extruded aluminum alloy; adhering a welding head(61) to one surface of the selected extension part; rotating and forwarding the welding head from one surface of the extension part to the other surface simultaneously for heating the selected extension part using frictional heat; and banding the extruded aluminum alloy.
