MOTOR PROTECTOR ATTACHMENT SYSTEM

A motor protector attachment system is provided to prevent movement of a motor protector due to insertion force of a quick connecting unit in assembly, shock and vibration. A motor protector attachment system includes a motor protector bracket receiving clip and a motor protector receiving bracket(10). The motor protector bracket receiving clip is fixed to a motor casing. The motor protector receiving bracket is detachably attached to the clip. A motor protector has at least two protruded terminal pins. First and second terminal pin receiving slots(12e,12h) are formed on a wall(12c) of the bracket. A concave terminal pin receiving unit(12k) is formed in the second terminal pin receiving slot to receive the terminal pin. At least two terminal pins are received in the terminal pin receiving slots respectively. The first terminal pin receiving slot allows the first terminal pin with a predetermined longitudinal axis to be inserted therein. The motor protector rotates around the longitudinal axis until the second terminal pin is aligned with the second terminal pin receiving slot, received in the second terminal pin receiving slot, and coupled with the terminal pin receiving unit.
