Zusammenfassung: | A conductive polymer-carbon nanotube composite is provided to extend the industrial applicability of carbon nanotubes to various flat panel display devices, memory devices, secondary batteries, capacitors, hydrogen storage bodies, chemical sensors, composite materials, and electron wave-removing or shielding materials, while overcoming shortcomings of conventional devices. A conductive polymer-carbon nanotube composite comprises carbon nanotubes and a conductive polymer packed inside the carbon nanotubes. The conductive polymer includes poly(N-vinyl carbazole) or polypyrrole. The carbon nanotube includes multi-wall carbon nanotube or double-wall carbon nanotube. The conductive polymer-carbon nanotube composite is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: injecting monomers for the conductive polymer into open-ended carbon nanotubes by using a supercritical fluid; and polymerizing the monomers so that the conductive polymer is packed inside and encapsulated with the carbon nanotubes. |
