Zusammenfassung: | A meat seasoning sauce containing phytochemical extract selected from garlic, onions, apples, red pepper, wine, Crataegus fruit extract, chitooligosaccharide and gold powder is provided to ensure a superior effect of preventing various adult diseases generated by meat intake. Meat seasoning sauce is prepared by the steps of: mixing any one of soy sauce, brown sugar, corn syrup, water, sweetening agents and wine and heating in a stirrer; adding whole garlic, onions and apples which are quarter cut thereto and heating for 20min; reducing the temperature of the stirrer to 60 to 70deg.C and taking out solids 30min after heating; cutting red pepper and Welsh onions and heating at 60 to 70deg.C for 5min; stirring carrageenan gum for 3 to 5min and cooling; and diluting with phytochemical additives such as Crataegus fruit extract, chitooligosaccharide and gold powder. |
