METHOD FOR PROVIDING MENU COMPRISING VARIABLE MENU-SET AND MULTIMEDIA DEVICE THEREOF

A method for providing a menu with a menu set having a changeable display state and a multimedia device thereof are provided to display the menu for providing convenient manipulation and excellent visual effect on a relatively small touch screen. A menu set including at least one icon is displayed in a touch screen. The menu set includes at least one menu icon representing at least one menu and a control icon used for inputting a control command related to display of the menu set. A display state of at least one icon included in the menu set is changed and displayed when a predetermined time passes after the menu set is displayed. The changed menu set includes the remaining menu icons after at least one menu icon is removed.
