Zusammenfassung:	A backlight unit is provided to dispose first and second cables within first and second grooves and enable plural clips to prevent the first and second cables from being drawn to the outside, thereby stably fixing the first and second cables. First and second inverters(31,32) are disposed in both sides of the rear of a cover bottom(30). A control board(33) is configured in one side of the rear of the cover bottom. A first cable(36) is disposed so as to connect the control board with the first or second inverter. A second cable(37) is disposed to connect the first inverter with the second inverter. First and second grooves(34,35) are formed as being prolonged in one direction so as for the first and second cables to be disposed. Plural clips(30a) are inwardly protruded in an upper part of the first and second grooves.
