Zusammenfassung:	A coating solution feeder is provided to decrease the suction time of a coating solution by a syringe pump and to prevent air from being flown into the coating solution. A coating solution feeder(12) comprises a coating solution tank which accommodates a coating solution; a syringe pump(9) which sucks the coating solution from the coating solution tank to supply it to a die(13) of a coating solution feeder moving relatively to a certain direction to a table(14); and a booster pump(5) which is installed between the coating solution tank and the syringe pump and sucks the coating solution of the coating solution tank to send it to the syringe pump, wherein the syringe pump is mounted at the side surface in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the die.
