Zusammenfassung: | A display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a solar cell to a portion without influencing on the display integrally, thereby preventing the lowering of the image quality from generating. An outside substrate(1) is made of glass. An inside substrate(2) is also made of glass. A liquid crystal layer(3) is interposed between the outside substrate and the inside substrate. A back light unit(4) is installed at the outside of the inside substrate. A color filter(5) and a black matrix(6) are formed at the surface of the outside substrate opposite to the inside surface. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) layer(8) is formed at the surface of the inside substrate opposite to the outside surface and a lower polarizing panel(9) is formed at the opposite surface of the inside substrate. A solar cell pattern(11A) is formed on the position coincided with the pattern having the black matrix and made of metal layer formed by a plasma CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) or a sputtering manner. A pattern is formed between the solar cell patterns and made of the same materials as the upper polarizing panel. |
