Zusammenfassung:	A single sheet light source body for a surface light source and a surface light source apparatus having the same are provided to implement a fluorescent lamp with plural discharge spaces by means of a flat substrate of a single sheet. The single sheet light source body(210) is a visible ray transmissive substrate. Closed plural discharge channels(220) are formed at a side of the substrate. The discharge channels are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The thickness of a tube in the discharge channel is thinner than that of the substrate. A linear sealing line is formed at the surface opposite to the discharge channel. A compression portion is formed at an end of the discharge channel. An electrode member applies the voltage to the discharge channel. The electrode member is formed at the surface of the light source body and also formed at the inside of the light source body. An inner electrode type or external electrode type surface light source apparatus is implemented by means of the light source body.
