Zusammenfassung:An insoluble electrolytic electrode is provided to maintain cleanliness and excellent alkali resistance in an alkaline electrolyte solution, extend life of the alkaline electrolyte solution, and greatly improve a plating quality problem caused by the contamination of the alkaline electrolyte solution. As an insoluble electrolytic electrode used in an electrolytic treatment of a degreasing process using an alkaline electrolyte for a continuous electroplated steel sheet, the insoluble electrolytic electrode is made from pure nickel, or 9% nickel steel containing 9% of nickel, 0.6% of carbon, and 0.5% of manganese.
