Zusammenfassung: | A method for preparing a separator plate is provided to form a nickel coating layer on a separator plate in an inexpensive and simple manner using a screen printing method. A method for preparing a separator plate of a molten carbonate fuel cell(100) includes the steps of: mixing a first metal powder containing nickel powder with a second metal powder to prepare a nickel-containing paste; screen-printing the nickel-containing paste on a metal base material for a separator plate using a sieve; and heat-treating the separator plate printed with the nickel-containing paste under a reductive or inert atmosphere to form a nickel layer. The second metal powder is at least one metal selected from the group comprising cobalt, molybdenum, titanium, and chrome, or an alloy of two or more metals. |
