Zusammenfassung:A low noise roller apparatus is provided to protect a rubber ring inside an outer ring formed of steel, thereby remarkably reducing noise during a rolling operation. A low noise roller apparatus includes a rotary shaft(1), and a pressing part(2). The pressing part is integrally rotated with the rotary shaft to press a steel plate. A noise reduction unit(100) is installed at an outer periphery of the pressing part. The noise reduction unit is spaced at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pressing part. The noise reduction unit includes an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring is disposed inside the noise reduction unit to be in contact with the outer periphery of the pressing part. The outer ring is disposed outside the noise reduction unit to be in contact with the steel plate.
