Zusammenfassung:	A fuel tank for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce weight, improve corrosion resistance, and prevent deformation and crack. A fuel tank(100) for a vehicle comprises a body(110) whose both sides are open, an end cap(130) bonded to the body by friction stir welding, a baffle that is provided inside the body and bonded to the body by friction stir welding, where the body and end cap are made of aluminum. The body is formed by bending an aluminum plate and boding a first bonding portion where the both ends of the plate are contacted to each other through friction stir welding.
