A fragrance emitting damp towel(1) is composed of a towel body(10) formed by rolling the wet fabric material, treated with special fragrance to emit the natural fragrance, and dyed with the predetermined color and a wrapping body(20) for receiving and sealing the towel body and preventing the towel body from being dried. The towel body is washed, dipped in liquid containing natural fragrance extracts, and then dehydrated. In particular, the towel body is treated by special fragrance to emit the fragrance of green tea and dyed with yellowish green dyestuffs matching to the fragrance of green tea.
