Zusammenfassung:A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate is provided to prevent the data line voltage delay and drop by arranging a signal amplifier between data lines, and to minimize the data line voltage distortion by adjusting the gain of the signal amplifier depending on data line length. Multiple gate lines are formed to the first direction and multiple data lines are formed to the second direction on an insulating substrate(10). A gate driver(122,124) outputs the gate clock signal in regular sequence for driving the multiple gate lines. A signal amplifier is arranged at the prescribed position of the multiple data lines. The signal amplifier amplifies the data voltage applied to the multiple data lines, and outputs the amplified data voltage to multiple data lines. The signal amplifier receives the bias voltage and data voltage from the outside, amplifies and outputs the data voltage according to the bias voltage. The gain of the signal amplifier is adjusted according to the bias voltage.
