Zusammenfassung:A distillation apparatus of alcoholic liquor having an air bubble generator is provided to reduce the distillation time, improve quality of alcoholic liquor by reducing deteriorated components, and soften the taste of alcoholic liquor by rapidly distilling the fermented mash with air bubbles. A distillation apparatus of alcoholic liquor having an air bubble generator comprises: a distillation tank(2); an air injector(Air) for injecting the air into the distillation tank; a heater(1) for heating the distillation tank; an air bubble generator(3) for generating air bubbles in the distillation tank; and an air supplying pipe(31) for connecting the air bubble generator to the air injector. Further, the porus plate typed air bubble generator is installed at lower part of the distillation apparatus.
