An aqueous dispersion includes (A) 5-70wt% of a solid component, and (B) 30-95wt% of water. The solid component comprises (a) 5-99.9wt% of at least one polymer having a number average molecular weight less than 10,000 based on the weight of the solid, and (b) 0.1-95wt% of at least one active material selected from the group comprising water-soluble active components, partially water-soluble active components, water-insoluble active components, and combinations thereof.
