DEVELOPER CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

A developer cartridge and an imaging apparatus are provided to secure an orbit of a cartridge-side shutter for opening and closing a cartridge-side opening part of the developer cartridge easily. A cartridge body(102) of a barrel shape contains a developer. An extension protrusion(150) is penetrated with the cartridge body and is extended from an end part of a longitudinal direction of the cartridge body. A cartridge-side opening part is installed in a side wall of the extension protrusion. A cartridge-side shutter(160) is installed at an external side of the side wall of the extension protrusion, and is moved in a direction crossed with a longitudinal direction along the side wall. The cartridge-side shutter opens and closes the cartridge-side opening part. A knob part forms a gap at an interval of the extension protrusion. The knob part is grasped when rotating the cartridge body. An orbit in which the cartridge-side shutter penetrates the gap.
